Counting down to X'mas..

We've finally set up our x'mas tree this evening...
Looking forwards to Christmas'arrival!!!

This is our 2nd time setting up our X'mas tree & the ever 1st time we set up was during my man-yue/x'mas party on 2006. Mummy & I been pestering our dear Daddy for the past week, to set up the tree. We did not set up last year since I'm too small to understand and busy crawling all over the house.

Supposedly, we are to set up the tree together & I even keep chanting "Do Together & Together..". In actual fact, I act more like a supervisor, keeping a hawk eyes over my parents to make sure they did a good job. I'm all smiles upon seeing my fav Pooh bears deco on the tree. I still prefer Pooh than Hello Kitty's.. hee. The tree we've set up this year is not as tall as our 1st time as we agreed this height is much more better & the deco is Pooh Bear again. We will go hunting for a SHINY STAR to put it on the top of the tree.

Happy 2nd Birthday, Hayley!!!

HAPPY 2nd BIRTHDAY TO HAYLEY!!!
Time really flies and I hit my BIG 2 finally!

My original planned tea party is cancelled as my parents had a busy weekend. In fact, we prefered this way & enjoying our family outing (our 1st experience enjoying SGP flyer ride in morn) & having a small celebration at home is PERFECT on my special day.

A cozy gathering with my loved ones is what really matters!
Anyway, my parents is teaching to let me understand that Birthday celebration is not necessary has to be a big affair with party like my 1st yr bash.

An Outing At Chinatown Point

For the very 1st time, Mummy brought me to visit the Kai Kai Gift shop located at Chinatown Point. We met up with Aunty Siow Hui & her 2 sons (Shawn and Javier) for HK shopping at KaiKai. I've a fun time playing around with my newfound friends, keep running in and out of the shop.

Afterwards, we all went for ice cream treat after our meow meow shopping.

Anthea's Man Yue Party

On last Sun..
I was wakey early and my poor parents got to wake up and entertained me. Mummy got me ready as going to meet my grandparents at 9am, going together for YUM CHA at Toa Payoh. This is to celebrate AH MA's belated birthday..

I've a yummy breakfast during YUM CHA, enjoying my porridge, buns and some din xins (sharing with dear mummy). After the hearty breakfast, we walked around on our own at TPY before heading to Tiong Bahru, to attend lil BB Anthea's Man Yue Party.

At the party there, I'm glad to see my newfound friend, Tricia with her parents and we ended up playing happily together and she watched well over me like a big sis. The weather is real hot and humid on that day. Sharing some snapshots of us below. ^_^

lil Khloe's1st Birthday

Happy 1st Birthday to lil Khloe!


We've a very busy weekend..
Last Sat noon, we went to Uncle Soon and Aunty Clara house for Khloe's 1st birthday party. My parents were busy catching up with friends and enjoying food while I played happily with my newfound friend (Tricia Jie Jie). But my parents did keep a hawk eyes on me to ensure I'm within their eye range. Hee
P/S: Mummy still got a wedding dinner to attend in the evening.

Hello Kitty 3D Cookies!!

Hello Kitty 3D Cookie !
(waving & saying hello to readers of my blog)



It is a Success!!!
Mummy try making the cookies today and this time is a BIG success!

There are big kitty faces, small faces and even 3D KITTY!


These are the ingredients required for making the cookie dough
180gm cake flour, 60gm brown sugar, 90gm butter (room temp), 1 egg (room temp)

Basic Recipe for Butter Cookies
Method:1. Cream butter with sugar till pale and fluffy.
2. Add in beaten egg, cream till well mixed.
(you may add 2 drops of vanilla essence into beaten egg)
3. Fold in the flour till a dough is formed.
4. Chill the dough for 45 minutes.
6. Shape the chilled doughs accordingly with cookie cutters.
7. Bake at 175C for 18 - 25 minutes.

P/S: Godma San & Aunty Shef, do try it out with your lil ones.


Voila! The dough which put into chiller for at least 45 mins

Konnyaku Jellies

Hello Kitty Shaped ~ Konnyaku Jellies
Mummy using her new loot, HK ice tray, to make these today for our sweet dessert served after our hearty dinner!


Once again, below is a snapshot of Mummy's new loot today. These are added onto her bakingware collection.

Yummy Green Tea Yoghurt Cakes

Mummy found the recipe from this blog/recipe...
She decided to try this out using green tea powder & modify the recipe slightly for our tea.

The result is simply delicious!!!
This recipe is definitely 2 or 3 times better than her recipe she used for her mini tea cakes. The cakes are fluffy and moist, not heavy type. This time, Mummy add slightly more baking powder and causing the cakes raise a lot. She can also add more of the green tea powder the next time to enhance the taste. Sharing pics of her pretty achievement!

The Mother & Daughter, Hello Kitty Apron

Because I got such nice Hello Kitty apron, Mummy decided to get a nice one to match mine. After some searching, she managed to get a set (HK apron with a matching mitten) from a shop at KittyLove. Hers is sweet pinky col but we agreed mine is still the prettiest as my red apron definitely more stand-out than hers. Haa Haa

Hello Kitty Lucky Draw Again!

Ho Ho Ho..

another round of LD again..
this time the prizes very attractive & mummy hoping to win the water dispenser & big plates. She brought me to Kitty Palaca @ Novena Squre this time, to try my luck for her. Hoping I can draw the big prizes for her since my birthday coming soon.

My 1st draw ~1 fleece blanket (consider one of big prize) + 1 set of 3 stackable plastic cups

2nd draw ~2 set of plastic cups again (initally Mummy wants to draw 1 herself but I drawed out 2 tickets)

3rd draw ~ Mummy draw it herself and this time is the small diecut Kitty plate. Hee at least she got a plate despite the sz and it is very cute.

Look at me below! Wrapped up warmly in this new fleece blanket perfect for my napping. Looks like this is the best prize we got. I do enjoy drawing the tickets while Mummy got to win the prizes.

My last day of Term 4 | Party Time

Last Sun is my last day of school ..
will be followed by long holiday break till resumes my class again next year Jan'09.

I'm happy that day as both my parents can accompanied me during the 2hr party in class. This week, I learnt 'FOX' (hu li) & letter 'X'.

The class was so packed that day, full of many lil toddies running around & playing & doing activities and poor parents hardly got any space to stand in the room. Posting many of our happy pics below on the event that day.

P/S: I'm a bit sad.. coz my favourite Zhang Lao Si & Teacher Pix will be transfered to Evans next term onwards. I'm also going to miss my buddy, Vernice, too as she will be transfered back to the same branch as where teacher Pix's. She too like me, enjoy teacher Pix class a lot. How I wish I can go Evans too but the place is not accessible for my parents to bring me there.

Nevermind, I sure I'm going to have another teacher as nice as teacher Pix. I can still get to meet Vernice on some days too. ^_^ Cheers!
