Day 5 - Shopping at Wufenpu & Shilin Night Market

Today is our relaxing day after 2 days of intensive tour visiting..
We woke at about 9am & laze on bed before finally we struggled to go for some light breakfast first. Our program today is to reward mummy by shopping at Wufenpu (a fashion apparels for wholesaler district).

Actually, when we reach there about 12.30pm, it is still early and many shops ye to open. So we enjoyed lunch 1st at one shop selling fish porridge & fish dishes. It is very windy & cool at Wufenpu & the hot lunch made us feel so much better. I finally get to eat some porridge after many days of cereal and food jars. But we did not take much pics at Wufenpu as we are busy shopping. There are many long narrow streets, selling many ladies clothings & even children apparels. Luckily, Godma ET share this info with mummy on this nice place.

Posing with mummy @ Wufenpu

Rewarding mummy with my loving kiss

After shopping at Wufenpu till about 3pm, we head back to hotel to rest our legs & resore energy for later program of the day. After resting well, we head to Shilin famous night market. During our journey, I fallen asleep & nap for 1 hr while my parents enjoy the sighting at the night market. Not for long, I woke up in the busy streets & start exploring Shilin with my parents

We are at Shilin famous night market & look at the bundle in front that my mummy is carrying!! Yes that is me sleeping soundly & all covered up to protect from the chill.

look at the night market!! it is so packed with crowded of people & stalls and we are just at the begining of the street

Daddy dearest at Shilin

Next stop, they have some yummy at this desert shop & they even lend us the pager to beep for us to collect once our orders are ready. While waiting for the desert, I chose this moment to wake up & crying for some milk.. haaa bad timing

After their quick munching, they searched for convenience store to buy me some fresh milk. Here is a easy way to feed me while I still in the carrier.

Here is an alley of nice yummy food.. daddy spent a long time queueing for this yummy pork hot bun which is freshly made & bake from their earthen pot. There are many other yummy food like smelly beancurds etc but my parents did not get to eat much as the stalls are too crowded & noisy and I keep fussing.

We shop till about 10.30pm & we head back to hotel to rest for the night.

Day 4 - our day trip visiting Hua Lian

Our next adventures is to visit Hua Lian today.
We even wakey super early than yesterday, getting ourselves ready as we need to reach Taipei Train station to catch our 8.15 train to Hualian. The train journey will take us about 3.5 hrs to reach there. Upon reaching there, it is already 11.30am & we joined a 1/2 day tour which ended by 4pm. Then we took the train to return back to Taipei & by then it is already 9.30pm when we finally reach our hotel. We are totally knock-out & dead tired as most of the time we've spent is on travelling.

Below are the pics to share. ^_^

Pose, Let's POSE! Taken during our long train journey..

Sleepy me on a long & boring journey

Finally, reached Hua Lian & this is a glance of their 'beautiful' view

Guess this view looks more interesting than the previous one

Happy me posing with daddy dearest! Look at me! I'm wearing my gap sweater dress but the weather over here is not as windy and cooling as we expected.

Gotcha! Caught kissing my mummy dearest!!
(during the trip, I learn to kiss my mummy & daddy whenever they ask me to)

Posing with happy mummy too!

Our happy family pic

Stopping by 7-eleven mart, to shop for some cool drinks for my parents & milk for me (oops my this sweater 2T dress seems a bit big for me)

Look at what I've grabbed & showing proudly..

Hee hee.. it is a packet of melon seeds. But I cant eat that yet.. so got to put it down & search for my milk instead

P/S: our thoughts on Hua Lian - it is not as nice & fun as we've thought for long journey trip over there. This place is only recommended to people who enjoy viewing waterfall & caves & mountains but not for us!

Day 3 - Our Guided Day Trip @ Yehliu Scenic, Museum & Yangminshan Hot Spring (part 3)

Next, we stopped at Yehliu Scenic to see the spectacular rocks & stone and scenary. We are very cold over there due to the heavy wind blowing towards us & everywhere. Below are the pics to share again. ^_^

A quick glance of the place we've visited, Yehliu Scenic

See that 'stone' head, can you guess what does that resemble?

A full close up of the 'head' rock which is formed by minerals & salt over the time. Don't you think it resemble the head of Queen Elizabeth?

Hey!! we are here & shivering with cold from the strong wind

Stopped under a shelter for a break, look at the scarf I'm wearing!! Cool, right? Our pretty tour guide loan to me as I was very cold just now in the open.

Haa haaa... smiling non-stop at Daddy dearest

Our next quick stop is this museum which is not under our trip.
We are given 15 mins for pic taking, look at me climbing the many steps with mummy's help.

Our happy family pic again!!!

Gotcha!!! I was caught posing girlie

Another happy family pose... but is this my new daddy & mummy???
(haa haa.. they are other tour members fm HK who are constantly amused by my lil actions/laughs during our tour)

Our happy GROUP PIC with other tour members who are from HK & we are the only ones fm SGP. Look at the jie jie dressed in black * jeans & w/out cap, standing in front. She is very friendly & love to play with me.

our last stop of the day is at Yangmingshan for a hot spring bath.
Yes, I even allowed to dip in the hot bath as my parents. We are given a family room to soak in the hot bath, to relax our tiring bones after a long day. I enjoyed it very much. My parents keep telling me that I'm lucky girl at such tender age, already enjoying my 1st spring bath as their 1st experience is only during their Tokyo trip last year.

I'm really a happy & fortunate girl to be able to travel & showered with lots of love & attention fm my doting parents, don't you think so? Gosh, I am tired & we heading back to hotel after our a long day. I was fast asleep by the time we reached our room & it is 9pm.

Watch out for our next adventure!!!!
