Happy Outing Today At Bishan!

A Sunny Saturday..
we went to Forum for my usual 3pm class..

My parents handed in the letter to inform the admin, to withdraw me from next term.

Today, I learnt letter 'Z' & 'S'
we went to DramaTown, to save the 'Starfish' and decorate them, putting them back in SEA.
I've a fun time during my class as usual.

After my class, we headed to Bishan to collect Mummy's ready specs from the optical shop. After our dinner, I requested to walk around the mall and shop.

We spotted this Horse Ring playing event at level 2, I was very interested & Mummy ask one of the game person if I can try. Think I'm the youngest player they have at that moment, the game person hand me a handphone strap after my 1st try.

I had another round but 2nd time I missed aiming into the ring, so I did not manage to win another hp strap.



Since Daddy is bringing us home by taking cab, we dropped by Aussino to buy some pillows and bolesters to replace our old ones at home. We spotted some Disney bedsheets on 50% discount and my parents thinking to get me some new Pooh Bear bedsheets for my new room. But the design we choose is either out of sz or not complete with quilt cover set.

The friendly sales lady recommended us the new arrival ~ Pooh Bear designs.
Daddy likes both new designs and allow us to buy them for me.

We also ended up buying an extra bolester and pillow for me.
The sales lady told me that I'm indeed a lucky girl, to have doting parents to buy me so many nice stuff. I must remember to thank my parents the next time.

Mummy also reserved a matching Pooh curtain to be used in my room. She will be collecting it next week during her lunchtime. I can't wait to see my new room being decorated with lots of my favourite Pooh stuff.

P/S: I've also been enjoying my JG EduDrama classes so far. The only drawback is the afternoon timing for my class. Mummy has no time to update all my learning so far... with regret, my parents going to withdraw me from JG after end of this term. Since I will be @ school during weekday, they hope to spend more time with me. Maybe on the lookout for music classes for me to enrol next year onwards...

Happy Easter | Celebrating Mama's Birthday

Happy Easter!
on 10 April'09 is a public holidays, no school for me and no work for my parents!

Mummy decided to treat the whole family to Fortune Restaurant @ Toa Payoh for Dim Sum breakfast, to celebrate Mama's birthday in advance (her actual day is 11 April).

After our hearty breakfast, Daddy & Mummy went to Bishan to run errand while I went back home with the rest to wait for them at our home, to begin Part II celebration, the cake cutting ceremony for Mama's.

Short updates on my well being in school

... It has been 5 days since I joined my new school/ childcare.
Day 1 - enjoying activities, lunch / napping well

Day 2 - crying a while when Mama left me after accompany me to school, still eat & nap well

Day 3 - crying a while when Mama left me after accompany me to school, still eat & nap well

Day 4 - board school bus myself on my own, behaves well and eat / nap well

Mdm Ang (my form teacher) has informed my Mummy that I'm adapting extremely fast in school. I've been making lots of friends, been very bubbly & interacting well with my friends. I also enjoy participating in class activities and love the outdoor play!

* the only drawback is that I do not take my pm milk before I nap. But at home, I do take my pm milk. Maybe still not used to the environment. Never mind, so long I still eat during morn break, lunch and pm snacks. Mummy is relieved.

My 1st Visit to Jurong Bird Park

Last Sunday, Daddy & Mummy brought me to visit Jurong Bird Park! It is my ever FIRST visit!!!

We went to Bird Park together with Daddy's colleagues & Aunty Jerynn. Daddy & others' main purpose is to go there to take nice pictures of the birds & exchanging photo taking tips. Mummy and my purpose is to enjoy ourselves during this trip.

But weather is not being kind to us.. as that day, it was a gloomy, wet and rainy day. Keep on raining non stop throughout the whole afternoon.
** We also like struck near the extrance for like 1 hour as it starts to rain once we enter the park.

After my lunch & jumping, exploring & I finally nap around 2pm. Maybe the weather is too nice and cooling... OR maybe I know it is a wet weather, I rather nap than seeing the birds as after seeing a bird, all look the same to me. I only recognised OWLs & Penguins.

I can really nap till 5pm, about the time the adults want to leave the park. Perfect Timing! I managed to watch the Penguins before we left the park.

THE VERDICT : Uhh.. we still prefer ZOO more than Bird Park, it has also got some birds and more variety of animals & water play. Hee ^_^

My New Backpack for School

My new backpack!

My pooh backpack is too small to contain all my stuff to be used in school..
My Mummy planning to shop for a new one this weekend when she not working. As the school bus auntie commented to Mama this morn again, Mama decided to shop for one on her own at Chong Pang market. This is the one she got for me.. the sz is just nice. I also like "Strawberry Shortcake" and often refer her as the pretty Jie Jie.

I forgot to mention Strawberry Shortcake used to be my Mummy favourite childhood cartoon character. During her time, the Shortcake is actually wearing those pretty layers of skirt. Mummy missed the former look which is so sweet.

1st Day @ Child Care School

Good Morning!!
Rise & Up, say hello to Mr SUN!

Mummy woke me up at 7am this morn...
I was still so sleepy while drinking my milk.
Coz last night I was noti, managed to sleep at nearly 11pm.

(I also been acting noti gal for last few days.. don't want to drink my morn and pm milk when Mama bbsit me while Mummy at work. With Mummy around, I will drink my morn milk today.)

We went down to wait for my school bus to pick me up at 7.55am.
The bus will come and pick us from school again at 5pm, will drop me at Mama's block at 5.50pm.

Voila! Here is My new School!

Upon reaching school, queuing up for health screening & keeping my bags and shoes aside. I joined other new friends for breakfast. The breakfast today consists of fresh milk, 2 slice of bread spread with kaya jam.

This is our DINNING area for our breakfast, lunch & tea break.
It is located outside of the class compound, so we will not dirty the area inside. Mummy found that it is a good way to differ the dinning area instead of having meals in our classroom area quarter.

Curently there are 2 N1 classes, each class has about 11 students. There will be 1 form teacher and a assistant teacher in each N1 class.

P/S: Mummy & Mama left around 9.30am after seeing me settled happily in my new surrounding.

Just now, Mdm Ang (my form teacher) called Mummy and updated her that I'm adapting well so far and finish all my lunch, napping happily with others. The only drawback is that I did not drink my pm milk. Overall, Mummy is very relieved to hear about my progress this morn.

Later, she will not pick me up. Will let me try taking school bus home by myself and she will wait for me later at Mama's block this evening. Hope I will adapt well in school and enjoy the activities, make new friends.

In case you are wondering why I'm not wearing my uniform, the stock is OOS. I will get mine when the new stock arrives.
