My 1st real car ride outside

My happy look while on the car ride..
Pictures taken about 3 weeks ago.

When we are out at a coffeeshop near Yishun, enjoying our dim sum breakfast with ah ma, aunt and family.. I spotted a uncle renting such cars and motor bikes to kids like my age. After my breakfast, I asked Daddy to let me have a try on it.

I get to choose this car but it is remote controlled by my Daddy and the speed too slow. Later on I changed this car to another 2 more that are no remote control. The ride cost $5 for 20mins... Luckily my ah ma know the uncle and he is so nice letting me play the ride for another 15 mins FOC. During my parents' time, the car ride is so much cheaper, think about $1.

My Expensive haircut @ Junior League salon ..

Last Sunday after my JG class ended...
I quickly dashed into the back exit of Toy R Us..
where there is a hidden tiny salon especially for kids.
My parents has brought me to the place 2 weeks ago for haricut but that day too many ppls waiting for their turn and I kept saying "NO' to them and shaking my head.

Dunno why last week, I've the courage to go for haircut on my own without reminder from my parents. They were indeed surprised that I wanted a haircut that day when I went up to that hair stylist auntie and smile.

I was seated comfortable, watching the Mickey cartoon on the TV in front of me. Actually I admitted, I was a bit scared and unsure of how my new hairstyle will turn out to be.

This is my 2nd visit to a salon for haircut.. this time no crying and fussing. The 1st time to salon is at Sun Plaza where I keep crying throughout the process.

But this time, is my very expensive haircut for kid like me. The haircut cost $20!!!!! urghhhhhh! Anyway, my parents are pleased with my new hairdo, my hair is now shorter and much easier to maintain.

Will try to pose my latest pic on my new hairdo in my next posting!!

My New Dress again!

My new dress from BabyGap..
that my dearest Daddy bought it for me on last Mon when he & Mummy took leave to go shopping that day.. of course without me.

They having a headaches choosing the correct size of this dress for me...
I always got to wear a bigger sizing for Gap clothing.. unlike Gymbroee's.
Luckily, they decided to go ahead & buy me size 4T and it fits me very nice, roomy for my further growth. I resemble like a lil korean girl wearing my new oufit. Looks like I indeed grow a lot.. my weight reduce to about 14kg but my height has spurted a lot, now I'm standing nearly at the waist of my Mummy.

Mother Day's gift

Last week, my Mummy found below card in my bag when I came home from school. She is so pleased to find the lovely surprise I did for her, during school with the help of my teachers.

Guess the pasting of the flowers and the wording is I did.
But my name must be written by Teacher instead hee. Mummy is very touched indeed by my simple gesture.

Above is the gift that Daddy bought on my behalf, for my dearest Mummy. So she can continue to doll herself up .. hee.. ^_^

Happy Mother Day Celebration

10th May '09...
Happy Mother Day!

this is the 3rd time I'm celebrating Mother Day for my dearest Mummy!
She has a craving for Fish & Co that day ..
& Mama and Gong-Gong not free to join us..

So we decided to go ahead to SSC, for my parents to enjoy their 'fishy' dinner.

* I had my homemade dinner by Mummy earlier

and we got to queue around 20 min for our table
.. so Mummy took my happy and cheeky pose while waiting

Posing with happy Mummy!

Happy Daddy posing with distracted me

The yummy seafood platter!

I start to fuss near the end of their dinner... a nice waitress got me a sheet of paper & a box of color pencil for me to doodle

Not forgetting to wish belated "Happy Mother Day" to my three pretty Godma(s)

Simple Lunch

Inspired by Godma San's latest posting on her yummy food, Mummy decided to whip up some simple lunch. That day, I also happened to wake up early too and Mummy brought me along for marketing at a wet market while Daddy still sleeping away. It been a long time since Mummy's attempt to cook due to preggy sickness.

The lunch menu is Yong Tao Fu Soup, Steamed White Promfet and rice.
I too have the same lunch as them. Just a simple homecooked lunch that is not oily & healthy.

Introducing lil Junior H

Yeap! It is official announcement!
I'm going to have a lil playmate by end OCT this year.. Horray!

My Mummy is now about 15 week preggy... so past by the mark of 1st trimester, can share the good news with every reader of my blog. However, Mummy is experiencing worse sickness this time round.

During her 1st trimester, she keep getting sick and having bad evening sickness (bad headaches, loss of appetite) which starts from 5pm onwards till the whole night.

We thought after her 1st trimester, her evening sickness will disappear. Who knows it even starts to appear on certain mornings. 2 days ago, Mummy puked once at home in the morn before leaving for work. During her long train ride, she also start feeling giddy and puked once she reach her stop. It is such a terrible feeling for her. Hope she will be truly better soon!

Pics of my lil playmate taken during Mummy's checkup

My parents have no preference for any gender.. so long the lil one is developing healthy. Mummy also hoping the lil one can endure and arrive till nearly full term. I of course very happy to know that I going to be a JIE JIE, can't wait to see arrival of my baby sibling to play with me. I promised my parents to help to take care of baby.

We've also have thought of the name for the lil Junior H.
Since my name start with 'H', my sibling shall follow mine.

if it is a girl, she will be named Hebe
if it is a boy, he will be named Hayden (same name as Aunty Chyun's son)

Meaning of our names :
Hayley : Meadow of hay (origin English)
Hayden : From the hays down (origin English)
Hebe : Young (greek), Daddy also inspired by this name by another pop asian singer again

My new bedsheet & curtains

A Beautiful Sunday...
but I'm sick, been having slight fever since yesterday evening.
Went to see Dr the 1st thing in the morn, diagnosed with throat infection.
Hence, running nose and dry cough also appears too this morn.

Guess i somehow got the virus due to hot spell weather recently. So I will be resting at home tomor, no school for me till I fully recover. I must drink more water too. So my friends, do take care of your health.

Yesterday after my class, we went to Ikea Alexandra to get the curtain poles and other stuff. As I was bored & sick today, my parents decided to engage me in setting up my new bedsheets and curtains. I'm happy with the result after the setup, even napped in my room.

Sharing pics of my pretty deco in my room again!

After the setup, my room really transformed into a "Pooh & friends" room

My Pooh Bear & Friends Decal Deco

Happy Labour Day!
(1st May ' 09)

.. but my parents still doing labour on this day.
Daddy off for birthday party shooting for one of his customers around noon
& Mummy is busy clearing some stuff in my room, with Daddy's help, they finally managed to finish putting up, Pooh Bear & friends decal stickers, onto the wall of my room.

At first, they thought it is quite an easy task. In fact, the task is quite diffcult to do the adjustment & especially peeling the huge sticker part. Definitely need 2 persons to do the pasting together.

At least, Mummy managed to get Mama to bbsit me for few hours while she off to have a hair trim. When they fetched me home, I am so happy to find my pretty room!

Proudly showcase pics of my pretty deco in my room.

there my happy look!!! ^_^
