Durian Feast!

Today, I'm so HAPPY!
Coz I had a very busy day!!! ^_^

This morn, my KimPO and GuGong came over to pay us a visit. After our lunch, I decided to tag along with them to visit Aunty Cheryl mei mei and her baby sis & missed out my pm nap. Of course, I keep insisting Mummy to follow with us or else I will whine. So Lucky Daddy got to stay at home to enjoy his free time doing his work.

I was enjoying so much of our playdate with Auntie Cheryl mei mei who was about 4 month younger than me. The reason I got to call her 'Aunty' is because of her ranking. She even calls my mummy, Jie Jie Irene. Hee.

By the time we left her place, it was about 5pm. Gugong drove us back to Chong Pang Market to enjoy yummy hawker ~ dinner food. I nearly finished a bowl of porridge from my favourite stall. Daddy also went there to join us for dinner. Gu-gong & KimPo also bought back many yummy durians back to our home to enjoy 'the feast' together. Mama and Jiu Jiu also came along to join in the eating feast! Now is the durian season and durians so yummy and cheap. Difficult to resist the temptation.. even I cant too!

My 1st Ballet Class

Yesterday morning..
my parents brought me to Creststar Learning Center at Civic Center for a trial ballet class! Imagine all the Jie Jie(s) wearing the pretty pink outfits, dancing gracefully with their teacher! This is Mummy's dream.. to see her own girl wearing the ballet outfit, learning to dance with poise and grace.

However, I ended up crying upon entering the class.. took me 15 whole mins to calm down and start to join others in the class. Maybe I'm terrified that my parents are leaving me on my own in the class of strangers.

Mummy can't wait to see me wearing in the pretty pink outfit. Though I did tell my parents that I did enjoy the class but still want either one of them to accompany me in the next lesson.

In the end, my parents are still considering if to sign me up for their new class which is starting next Sat. Mummy's also worries that her tummy will be getting too big in upcoming months and she will be tired to bring me to and fro though the distance to dancing center is much nearer than JG. We shall see ..!

Pigeon Rapid Steam Sterilizer

Baby H, this is our 1st gift to you!!!

We went shopping at Tangs earlier in the evening, decided to get you a sterilizer for your milk bottles/accessories. Luckily now got 20% discount, further 5% discount for SingTel, 6% rebate for Citibank user. Hence, Daddy ended up paying about $78 (retail price $125) using his further previous rebate points.

During my time, Daddy and Mummy used the traditional method of boiling a pot of hot water to sterlise my milk bottles and Mummy's pump. That was indeed more hard work and longer time consumed! Hope this gift is going to prove to be useful for YOU and our PARENTS.

Happy 8 years Dating Anniversary

My parents have been together for 8 years since dating.. Today, 20 June marks their 8 year dating anniversary!

.. their love story began in May 2001, officially dating on 20 June 2001.

.. Daddy proposed to Mummy on her 24th Birthday on 18 Sept 2002
.. they ROM on 12 Nov 2002
.. soon after, they left for France
.. returned back to Singapore end Nov 2004
.. bought their love nest in Jan 2005
.. got their key to their love nest in April 2005

.. chinese wedding on 18 / 19 Sept 2005
(on Mummy's 27th Birthday & Mooncake Festival)
.. my arrival on 26 Nov 2006
& now we are expecting Baby H's arrival end Oct 2009

So this time, Daddy got Mummy a special gift, to mark their 8 years anniversary. He has got Mummy one of the shiny' stars' from the 'sky'.

more updates on our lil H again!
Yesterday, my parents were on leave as Mummy is scheduled to have her detail scan at TMC around noon time.

They personally brought me to my school instead of letting me take school bus as usual. However, I kept clinging and crying when they started to leave...

He/She is developing well in Mummy's belly..
The dr who is doing the scanning, keep asking my parents if they change their mind and want to know the bb gender, can always call back to ask. Hee my Mummy really tempted to know, so she can prepare baby stuff/shopping trips. Anyway, we found this is very exciting and looks forwards to his arrival! We will always love Baby H...

Meet up with my Buddy again!

It has been a long long while ...
since my last meetup with my buddy, Vernice.
Last Saturday morning, we are invited over to her place for a playdate.


We had such an wonderful time & stayed till late afternoon. My parents are totally awed by Clever Vernice. She has shown leaps of improvement in her speech. She can express herself so well, can even recognise any letters (ABCs) and numbers, even pics shown on catalog. When we point to another pic or letter, she can say it out loud. Unlike me, my parents feel they have been too relax on my learning lately. They decided to reinforce my learning every night they are home from work.
