Making of Banana Cupcakes again!

I learning to bake cupcakes from Mummy..
so that I can make some yummy ones for Daddy the next time he is back from his trip. But I found the work is very tedious, keep asking Mummy, "Munch? Munch yes??" Of course, I only work till beating the batter and took a break while Mummy mixing the flour into the batter.

The recipe can be found here, & this time we garnish the cupcakes with slices of bananas per dear Godma San's suggestion. It really beautify the cupcakes indeed.

Below video showing me helping mummy to whip the Moo Moo Batter!!

Tuna Flakes Pasta Lunch!

Mummy's 1st attempt making the western pasta for me to try!

Recipe for Tuna Flakes Pasta
Ingredients : some mixed veggies (frozen), ABC's pasta (or any other form of pasta), 1 can of Heinz Tuna (pls see below pic)

Preparation :
1) Cook 2-3 chinese soup spoonfuls of ABC's pasta in hot boiling water for 5-7 min (depend on the softness your tod likes)

2) Blanch the frozen mix veggies in hot water, then cook over hot boiling water with slight salt for abt 2 mins (this is to remove the raw taste of the veggie)

3) Use abt 1-2 tbsp of the flaked tuna with the sauce
(you may warm it slightly in mircowave)

4) Dish out the pasta, garnish with the veggies and top it with the tuna and sauce! Voila !! Bon Appetite!

P/S: Mummy made the mistake of letting me self-feeding .. coz I keeping picking the peas to eat and took a long time to chew my food. In the end, I only finished about nearly 1/2 of the portion. Sigh... I need to make a better effort on my mummy's hard work on the meal next time, to make her SMILE.

Updates on our Mini Gardenia

Some updates on our mini gardenia..

Mama brought us a medium sized foam box, to add the height for our pots. Our chili seedlings still seem so fragil, now left only 2 seedling growing. Hope they can stay strong. Hey, another good news is that one more Pink flower is blooming.. think another one is going to bloom again tomor. Moreover, seedlings start to sprout from the tomato seeds that Mummy has sowed into a pot. Can't wait to see them grow faster and stronger. ^_^

Our mini gardenia - new look (with added foam box)

Look at 2nd flower blooming this morn!!
The 1st flower start to wither...

Our small pots of plants - closeup

I'm caught busy hard at work attending to our mini gardenia.
I will water them each morn & evening, to ensure they have sufficient water. I also love talking to them, sayang them by stroking their leaves.

Mama gives me a penny to reward for my hard work!
Look at my sweaty head & wet hair!! I really work very hard.. see! Not easy to earn this penny.

Flipping my penny in joy!
Time for me to go inside the house & enjoy a cooling drink after the hard work!
(Spot me wearing Mama's sandals? tsk tsk)

Cheesy Yummy Omelette

Yesterday morn, Mummy specially took extra effort to cook me a hearty meal, Cheesy Omelette before we head out for my class.

Recipe for Cheesy Omelette
Ingredients : 1 beaten whole egg + 2 tbsp fresh milk, some finely cut tomato, some finely shredded ham, finely shredded cheese

Preparation :
1) Heat the pan by adding some butter
2) Add the beaten eggs with milk onto the pan
3) Once the egg nearly done, add the tomato, ham & cheese
4) Flip the other half of the omelette & fold, to make a crescent shape
Voila! Bon Appetite!

Usually I will skip my lunch & having 210ml milk feed after my class. Who knows? I still didn't nap right away after my feed, still wide awake. Mummy being hungry, took us to the nearest coffeeshop next to our block, ordered a bowl fish ball "mee tai ba" for us to share. Hee.. I also helped myself to my share and busy eating all of it on my own. Guess I was still very hungry indeed.

4th Lesson, Term 4 | Mysterious Guest

Our lesson yesterday is learning number '4', [sì].

Below is the artwork that I've done.
I got to paste 4 lil birds and 4 eggs onto the paper.
Suppose all the eggs and lil birds are to be pasted onto the nest.. again I trying to show off my creative mind. I pasted one lil green bird onto the mother bird as though the Mummy bird is carrying her baby while flying. What do you think of my masterwork?

We are also thrilled to see someone familar during class today.
Want to make a guess??
*Hint Hint* OK .. watch closely in below video & see if you can SPOT the mysterious guest?

Have you spot the mysterious person?
Yes!!! It is my buddy, Vernice!
She has been transfered from Evans branch to Forum's & yesterday is her offical 1st lesson at Forum JG. Although we are in different studio, we are having the same teachers. I'm able to meet her during snack time, outdoor play & music & movement time. Next time, our parents can even meet up for lunch together after the class. We didn't join them for lunch yesterday coz Mummy is tired & her aim is to get us home soon.

* My parents are still considering hard if should let me continue at JG next term since I enjoy it so much despite of the steep fees.

The Sand Play station - Center of attraction of this week, outdoor play!

Blooming Pink Flower !!

This morning, we've a lovely surprise awaits for us when we went outside our house to water our new plants. One of the plants starts flowering, a Blooming Flower in sight ... we are so happy to see the pretty lil one. Hope to see more of the flowers coming soon. ^_^

Mummy taught me to say "Hello" to greet the Plants" each morn when we water them. I must learn to cultivate T.L.C (Tender, Loving, Care) during the process of learning to look after our plants. I even help my mummy to sprinkle the water over their pretty leaves... we are also hoping our chili seedlings will learn to grow stronger and bigger each day as they seem very fragil and tiny.

After our gardening activity, we went to Mama's place for her to bbsit me while Mummy rushing off to meet Godma Flo at Suntec to run some errands. This is their lunch @ Waruka, Marina Square. Mummy loves their yummy ramens and soup & sushi. Below pics are what they've ordered for their lunch. * Slurp Slurp *

Magnolia Smoo Milk - Choco Flavour

Just yesterday night, Mummy is complaining about me being a fussy milk drinker to Aunty Lynn over MSN. I'm very particular about the milk temp. If it is formula milk, the temp must be luke warm. If it is Meiji fresh milk or pkt U.H.T milk, it must be chilled. Otherwise, I will not drink it if the temp not up to my liking.

For e.g. our last trip to Genting, Mummy purposely buy me those U.H.T pkt milk in Vanilla flavour. These are easy to bring along to feed me during the trip. But I dislike it. At first, she thought I do not like the taste. Upon our return fm the trip, she kept the balance packets in our fridge. Recently, she tried giving me again & I do drink the milk as long these are chilled.

However, Mummy hope that I will drink those pkt milk in normal room temp instead. The reasons are MANY. One of them is easier to bring those out, to feed me anytime I want. Less hassle to bring hot water flask or FM powder and milk bottles OR Fridge to go bag (which is so bulky).

Earlier this evening, she brought me to NTUC supermarket, to choose the U.H.T packet milk. This time, I choose the Choco flavour (no matter how she tried to tempt me to choose the strawberry flavour instead). During their dinner time, I finished nearly a pkt milk of the new purchase at normal temp. Yippee!!!
Magnolia Smoo Milk - Choco Flavour ~ Finally DOES THE TRICK!

P/S : However, the choco flavour may be too heaty for me if I consumed too much. So I got to ensure to drink more plain water after each feed of the rich choco milk.

My current milk intake has increased from 540ml -630ml a day -> 800ml - 1000ml a day
