Daddy is back!!!!

Daddy is finally back fm Kuwait trip yesterday afternoon. ^_^
We (mummy together with mama & me) went to T3 yesterday to fetch him back.. & his flight has been delayed and reached Singapore at 2.06pm (initial is 1.50pm).

Reached T3 & freshly awoke from my nap after the long bus journey..
Keep calling 'PAPA' & cant wait to see him in person soon!

My Sleepy Poses

I keep asking for my milk at 0730 pm though I've a hearty bowl of mee sua at Mama's place just now. Keep sucking my thumb and hugging my 'smelly' pillow.. surely a sign that I'm indeed very sleepy.

Coz after finishing 210ml milk at 8pm, I keep tossing here & there... After 1 hour plus, I finally doze off to slumberland at 9.15pm. OMG!!! really a torture to mummy as she needs to be by my side, sing song to settle me into deep slumber. There is a few times when she thought that I already fast asleep, she tried to sneak out of our bedroom but I was awoke with bright eyes, staring at her. She then got to re-start the cycle with me again till I sleep tight... This time, I got my noti trick on her.. haa haa

My 2nd lesson at JG Forum

Hello! Sunday is here today!!
Ready for my 2nd lesson at JG again...
Mummy got everything ready for us to left our home earlier, so that she can have Mcdonald breakfast @ Forum while I can have my early lunch before my class start.

Today, we started off our class with the English lesson first, followed by Mandarin lesson, snack time and end the class with the outdoor play.

Our letter of the class is 'F' for Freddie Frog [english lesson] & 鱼 (yú) [mandarin lesson]. In fact, we found the lesson today is much more lively and maybe we started off by English lesson first. The teacher Pix is very drama and funny, keep making the funny sound of the Freddie Frog and makes me laugh out loud during class.

* Our 1st lesson last week, I learnt letter 'D' for Dotty Dog & 海 豚(hǎi tún).

After my class, I napped while mummy enjoying lunch with Godma Flo. Thanks to Godma Flo for taking time to accompany us for lunch and light shopping. Mummy also managed to buy herself a work blouse.

OH!!! Nearly forgotten to mention a GOOD NEWS to everyone. After my pm nap, I was refusing my milk feed and only drank 50ml out of 180ml. Mummy worried that I may be hungry, so she brought me a bottle of 200ml Meiji fresh milk from Cold Storage. Hoping I will drink some to keep myself full during our home journey, so that can buy her some time to whip out simple dinner for me to eat later. During our train journey, I was in fact drinking my cold fresh milk directly using the straw except leaving tiny wee bit around 20ml. In the past, I only accept warm fresh milk. Now this is a very good change, my parents can just buy me cold fresh milk for my afternoon feed when they are outside the next time. Horray! No need the hassle of bringing my FM powder, milk bottle & warm water.

My project that I did in class today.. all by myself using my fingers to paint the yellow and blue cols!

Actually, I'm quite unwilling to dab my fingers in the paint and finally cried when I see both hands being 'dirtied' by the paint. That is why I did not smear lots of cols on my 'fish' whereas my classmates smeared lots of cols onto their fish. I was so happy when mummy brought me to wash off the cols on my hands. Afterwards, when teacher Sarah stamped letter 'F' onto my left hand, I keep whinning againand keep going to the door & urging mummy to bring me to wash my hands again. OMG.. I'm very clean freak too!

Our Lunch @ Jack Place today !

Hello friends!!!
Though our digital camera is not with Mummy, she tried to capture my daily shots using her mobile phone.

Last thurs - it is an All Girls Night for mummy & all my godmas to gather at our place while I was being cared by Mama. But I was being diffcult on my poor Mama, keep refusing to drink my milk & sleep per my bedtime schedule during my camp over. Luckily, mummy managed to tune me back to my daily routine the next day when she takes over. Guess I dare not think of trying any funny tricks in front of her.. hee.

Anyway, we started off our pleasant morn at 8am today till I did something terrible!!! While my mummy is cooking my yummy lunch, I fumbled her stuff in their WIW & somehow got hold of her expensive Clarins Eye contour gel. I even managed to open the cap and squeeze lots of gel out & showed it to mummy. Mummy's reaction???? She is shocked & heartpained to see such a waste of her ex gel has becomes .. on my hands .. on the floor. Before that, her still full gel abt 15ml now becomes left abt 5ml in the tube. Her heart is bleeding at the loss... though she did reprimand me but no beating lah. Daddy!! Guess, you better buy her a new tube from DFS upon your return to compensate for my noti act.


Late morning, mummy also brought me to Causeway Point to buy Komodo wet wipes from Watson & collect her PM membership figurine. We tried going to places like fast food and food court, to find a rest place to have our lunch but all are crowded. No choice, we ended up going to Jack Place for our lunch. Mummy fed me her home-cooked porridge while she ordered a set lunch. Presenting some of our shots taken just now.

Just now, my tot friend, Ting Xuan & her mummy popped by our place for a short visit. She is almost as tall as me and very fair & pretty and outgoing. I remained a bit 'stone' as sleepy from the heavy lunch and past by my nap time. Hee .. now I am napping while my mummy typing away on above post.

Daddy away on his 1st overseas Trip

Daddy!! Daddy!! Where are you?? ..

My dearest daddy left Singapore this morn on a 3am flight, heading towards Kuwait for his 1st overseas business trip. My mummy sent him off with his luggage at our doorstep at 1245 am and with barely enough rest, I woke her again in the early morn around 7 am. There gone her beauty sleep!! ARGH!!

He will be at Kuwait for 1 week. Upon his return next week, he will be flying off to Melbourne the next day for another week. Maybe he will fly off directly from Kuwait to Melbourne instead. Though we will miss Daddy badly.. we know that Daddy is working hard to earn lots of $$ for us to spend.

Daddy!! Have a safe trip & looks forwards to your return soon.
Do remember to buy me lots of goody stuff like Crayola (handpaints or crayons) or yummy tot snacks from Melbourne!!! Plssssssss...

My Yum Yummy 'adult like' Dinner

2 days back, mummy is trying to introduce me to more adult food. She is stewing their adult soup (chinese bai cai, white silver fish + dried scallops & carrot) for their dinner. When the soup is ready & w/out adding any seasoning, she scooped some into my baby saucepot to cook my healthy tots version.

Below is the list of which she has added to my healthy & delicious soup.
- some finely cut tomatoes, some chopped up xiao bai cai
- some finely cut fish ball & lastly tofu
- adding 2 slices of salmon fish into the soup at the last stage
- Result : the soup itself is NATURAL sweet and yummy

I actually did finished all the soup, dishes & rice as shown in the pic below. In fact, I even finish all the soup that is left some in my saucepot. Wow!! the only drawback is that I did not like to eat salmon fish & keep spitting it out. Maybe it is the taste or the hard texture of the fish even though mummy did not overcook it.

We enjoyed so much under the company of Aunty Elaine & Vernice.
There are lots of snack for me to keep on munching and lots of toys to explore. By the time we left their place, it was around 4pm.. gosh we've distrubed them for such a long time.

Hee.. that night I slept early too at 7pm but wakey at 5am for milk the next morn & then linger awake for another hour plus before I decided to go back to sleep more.

My Ist Lesson @ JG and Our New Crocs Shoes!!!

Last Sat, is my last day of the term @ Bishan Shichida.
Maybe my parents will consider to let me continue the lesson at the following term since this is much nearer to my home.

The next day (Sunday), I started my 1st lesson at JG Forum, 11am class. My Chinese teachers are WU & Zhang teachers & my english teacher is Pix. We started off the class by having 1 hr Mandarin lesson and followed by 1hr English lesson & end the class after an 15 min mini outdoor play. The class is totally different from Shichida's method of teaching. We did enjoy the lesson though I need to brush up on my Mandarin. However, I was getting sleepy after the 1st 30 min as the clock is ticking closer to my naptime. Mummy should sign me for the 9am class but it may be too tiring on her who has to prepare & rush me for the early class.

After our class, I immediately dozed off while mummy brought me to meet my daddy at Orchard mrt station. We headed to Marina Square that day to shop for my new shoes, Crocs as I've outgrown my previous & only pair Clarks shoes. At the shop trying out my shoes, my parents were in a BIG dilemma choosing the suitable sz for my big feet. As sz C6/7 fits me just nice with slight allowance while sz C8/9 is so much bigger for my feet. They know that by choosing the latter, I will outgrown the shoes in just 1 month or 2 month the max. But the other sz is just too big for me at the moment, may cause me to trip. In the end, they choose the sz C6/7 with an heavy heart, knowing that the pretty & exp shoes won't stay long with me. This time, mummy also bought an matching pair in the exact model & col to match my pretty new shoes.

Turns 19th month old

Happy 19th Month old to me!!!
I will be considered big kid when I reach my 2nd birthday in just 5 months time, from '1' & hit the BIG '2'. That is quite an achievement for me.

Yesterday, mummy took me to visit Godma San & lil Jerral. After a while, we went to T3 together after exchanging a faulty CD game disc at the Central. It was indeed a hot weather and we chilled under the cooling environment inside T3. Sharing below pics taken yesterday using our new camera.

P/S: I even missed my pm nap yesterday and only get to nap during the bus journey BUT I also lost my precious 'buddy' pooh toy during our outing. However, I'm not so sad as compared to my mummy as the toy is bought during their Japan holidays last year.

One gloomy night after my bedtime ..
Daddy & Mummy are using computers in our study room..
Begins their 'silent' conversation as each too engrossed with their PC..
.. Daddy either editing photos OR surfing net playing games
.. Mummy surfing net OR checking mails OR updating blog

Once a while, Mummy will pause and ask
Mummy: "Dear, how is your day?
Daddy : "Fine" [full stop]
After a long pause...
Mummy asks again, "Is that all??"
[no reply from Daddy]
Mummy getting fed up and turn her head to see what Daddy is doing. He is of course playing games as usual.. This keep her thinking why do games turn him ON & ignore her pressence.

She decides to start a healthy hobby with Daddy from somewhere, so that they can interact better & spend better quality time instead of stoning into each pc. So she start asking Daddy about WII since this is more to family entertainment game. Mummy is not a game person as she hardly interested playing games. Daddy is very supportive of investing a WII game set as this also can allow lazy Mummy to do her exercise like yoga, aerobic at home.

So on 22nd June evening after our dinner, Daddy went off to buy the WII game set for Mummy to play with him. This is quite an amazing set and already got Mummy hooked to the games/exercises game. Haa.. so everynight after I sleep, they shall begin their NEW HOBBY together.

22nd June '08 - our mini family gathering

22nd June'08 ..
... Finally a mini family gathering with all my godma(s), godpapa & Jerral @ our home. It has been a while since our last gathering & we are glad that everyone takes time off their busy schedule to make it. We had some yummy dishes from 'golden pillow', steamed chicken wings & almond jelly and jap tibits etc.
