Go Go Bambini | Our 1st Trip

Yesterday morn, we went to Go Go Bambini with Aunty Rachel & my friend Roy together with his brother, Ryan. Thanks to Aunty Rachel for picking us at Newton.. otherwise the place is not accessible by public transport. It is really a fun place for kids but I quite afraid of the tall height to climb up the slope to reach 2nd level & playing the big slide. Looks dangerous for some games like the tunnel which looks quite dark inside. One has to be very careful though most of the stuffs are kid proof.

A Visit from my Buddy!

My Buddy & family (Uncle Tim & Aunty Elaine) came over our place yesterday evening for a short visit, let us meet up and play. So nice of them to bring Vernice over.

I'm of course so happy to see her again..
Ever since we are in different class/venue, makes it hard for us to meet regularly. Sharing our happy pics taken together..

Daddy finally home again!

on 11st Aug, Mon afternoon...
We went to T3 again to fetch Daddy home..
This time, my godparents & Jerral join us as well, to welcome Daddy back to SGP.

After Daddy's arrival, we went to Popeye's @ T1. It was Mummy's 1st attempt at this fast food restaurant. She like the salty milk bun and found the sauce of whipped potatoes quite special unlike KFC but she couldn't said the same for the chicken bites as it is much oily as compared to the former.

Updates on my 7th lesson at JG

Last Sun is my 7th Lesson at JG...
I'm again dressed in white & red for NDP theme for the class that day

Happy National Day | Red Outfit

Happy 43rd Birthday, Singapore!!!

To celebrate this special day, Mummy dressed me up in this new & pretty red dress which she bought about 2 months ago. It is meant for me to wear during C.N.Y next year. Although it is sz 4T, we think there is a problem with the sizing as it fits me so well now. Better start wearing it now .. or else the length of dress will be too short for me by next year.

During our way home in the afternoon, I rushed towards our playground & starting climbing up the stairs on my own.. Wow! Look at the steps are so steep but I'm so Brave & keep insisting climbing up on my own & very persistent! Haa

P/S: I refused to nap at Mama's place for my pm nap.. so I ended up sleeping by 7.30pm. Din get to see the fireworks in the sky.

Lunch Gathering with Mummy's ex colleagues

Sharing below pics taken during our lunch date @ Crystal Jade Korean restaurant last Sunday after my JG class.

This is a lunch gathering with mummy's ex-colleagues from Cushing. All of them except Aunty Catherine, had already left the company, each to their own ways / best interest. But they still keep in touch with one another.. Another reason for this lunch date is that Aunty Joanne & Sis Lorraine who have been staying in Canada, came back to SGP for short holidays.

Durian, the KING of fruit!!

Gong-Gong & Mama came over to our place earlier this evening...
They also bought along some durians for us to eat together..

The greedy me also want to get a taste of it too!
But look at my yucky expression after 1st taste ...

Haaa I finally encountered something I dislike!
Well.. Durian is not my cup of tea at the moment..
who knows I may grow to love eating it the next time, just like Mummy!

My Outing today after Registration

Right after our registration for my class next year, Mummy received a sms from Aunty Christine, inviting us for BK breakfast together at Causway Point. So that is where we went next ....

After munching, we shopped around in Causeway Point Shopping Mall and it was really window shopping. Haa... then we headed back to our home sweet home together with Aunty Christine. She spent whole afternoon with us. I had such a fun time playing with her too.

P/S : Daddy supposed to come back this afternoon but being held up by his project which needs him to extend his stay and only coming back next Mon afternoon. Can't wait to see him next Mon then. We miss you, Daddy!

Starting School Next Yr Jan onwards..

Initially, my parents planned to enrol me in MMI childcare next year onwards, to relieve Mama's burden.

Earlier this week, Mummy happened to chance upon many banner notices near Mama's neighbourhood on the opening registration of playgroup for next year 2009 intake. This aroused her interest and she decided to find out more.

After scouting several playschools that are near my Mama's block, we finally narrowed down our search to decide between these 2 schools, Talent Plus (Blk 411) & Tots House (Blk 417). The Talent Plus is about 10 - 15 mins walk fm Mama place while Tots House is only mere 5 mins walk away. There is also difference in the fees too. Talent Plus's annual school fees is slightly more ex by Tots House by slightly over $300.

After thinking long and hard over these 2 days, Mummy finally brought me along to register at Talent Plus this morn. The reasons she chose this school over the other are due to factors like classroom ambience/layout which is slighter bigger and decor is white/clean type, not in a cluster type. Another plus factor is that Talent Plus incorporate Montessori learning (partial program) in their all rounded & thematic learning.

Fee Structure of Talent Plus PlaySchool
- Monthly Fee :$135
(payable for month of June and Dec as well though school holidays)
- Material Fee : &75 (half year)
- Uniform : $40 for 2 sets
- Class : 9am - 11 am (Mon - Fri)

* This timing suits me well as after my class, Mama will bring me back to her place for a shower before my lunch, followed by my PM nap. So in short, will give her some free time in the morn while I'm in school.

* FYI - the fee structure is considered so much cheaper than my current once a wk class at JG playclub which costs my parents about $556.40 (10 wks). They're going to stop my ex JG class fm next year onwards.

forgot to update my JG lesson (4th) & (6th) lesson while 5th lesson has been cancelled & will makeup again during the term break. Mummy just want to note it down so that I can remember it the next time I read back my blog. Hee.

4th Lesson @ JG PlayClub
- Letter of the Day is "Q" represents by Queen Quacky, for 'QUICK'
- Project of the Day : Doodle on a pc of A4 letter using different cols of crayons, to trace out letter 'Q' which is form by sandpaper, placed underneath the A4 paper. (my project quite badly done & no sign of letter Q, so better dun post it here. hee)
- Chinese Letter of the day is "快" kuài.

6th Lesson @ JG PlayClub
- Letter of the Day is "C" represents by Cuddly Caterpillar, for 'Coral'
- Project of the Day : Self scoop some Cornflakes onto a small bowl, add a bit Coconut flakes into the mixture, squeue some honey & mix. ready for our mini snack.
- Chinese Words of the day is "珊瑚 shān hú (coral)
- We ended the session with a group photo and mini parent talk
~ FYI * my parents decided to let me continue the playclub for another term.. Horray!
