The Mother & Daughter, Hello Kitty Apron

Because I got such nice Hello Kitty apron, Mummy decided to get a nice one to match mine. After some searching, she managed to get a set (HK apron with a matching mitten) from a shop at KittyLove. Hers is sweet pinky col but we agreed mine is still the prettiest as my red apron definitely more stand-out than hers. Haa Haa

Hello Kitty Lucky Draw Again!

Ho Ho Ho..

another round of LD again..
this time the prizes very attractive & mummy hoping to win the water dispenser & big plates. She brought me to Kitty Palaca @ Novena Squre this time, to try my luck for her. Hoping I can draw the big prizes for her since my birthday coming soon.

My 1st draw ~1 fleece blanket (consider one of big prize) + 1 set of 3 stackable plastic cups

2nd draw ~2 set of plastic cups again (initally Mummy wants to draw 1 herself but I drawed out 2 tickets)

3rd draw ~ Mummy draw it herself and this time is the small diecut Kitty plate. Hee at least she got a plate despite the sz and it is very cute.

Look at me below! Wrapped up warmly in this new fleece blanket perfect for my napping. Looks like this is the best prize we got. I do enjoy drawing the tickets while Mummy got to win the prizes.

My last day of Term 4 | Party Time

Last Sun is my last day of school ..
will be followed by long holiday break till resumes my class again next year Jan'09.

I'm happy that day as both my parents can accompanied me during the 2hr party in class. This week, I learnt 'FOX' (hu li) & letter 'X'.

The class was so packed that day, full of many lil toddies running around & playing & doing activities and poor parents hardly got any space to stand in the room. Posting many of our happy pics below on the event that day.

P/S: I'm a bit sad.. coz my favourite Zhang Lao Si & Teacher Pix will be transfered to Evans next term onwards. I'm also going to miss my buddy, Vernice, too as she will be transfered back to the same branch as where teacher Pix's. She too like me, enjoy teacher Pix class a lot. How I wish I can go Evans too but the place is not accessible for my parents to bring me there.

Nevermind, I sure I'm going to have another teacher as nice as teacher Pix. I can still get to meet Vernice on some days too. ^_^ Cheers!

Mini Cupcakes for School Party @ JG tomor

Mini Cupcakes ~ made with Mummy's love for my lil friends

Tomor is my last day of Term 4 with JG..
(followed by holidays break till my next term starts in Jan'09)

& tomor is a PARTY TIME ..
the theme is Xmas & I'm going to have gift exchange with my friends. All the parents are to bring along some food to contribute for the kiddo's party.

Mummy decided to bake some mini cupcakes, using wholemeal flour, dried cranberry with reduced sugar recipe & colorful sugar bits as toppings. Actually, Daddy find that they should just buy some food from off the shelves instead using lots of time & effort to do, less hassle. Since Mummy has all the required ingredients, she decided to go ahead. Initally she wants to do kitty shaped but that requires more time in baking due to limited mini cake moulds she has.

The Verdict of the Mini Cupcakes!
Daddy : Nice attempt! but most of colorful toppings has melted, Mummy should add it at later stage, not to spoil the overall appearance. Dun quite used to wholemeal taste since wholemeal is not on Daddy's fav list.

Godma Fló : Good attempt though agreed with Daddy that the appearance of topping can be improved. The appearance of the cupcakes will be better if these are more browned. The taste is just right, not too sweet, just nice for lil tots.

Hope that my lil friends & their parents will enjoy her cupcakes tomor!

Hello Kitty ~ Coffee Pudding

Coffee Pudding for Anyone?

Last night, Mummy made some coffee pudding for today tea snack esp for Godma Flo to try too.

This is very simple to mix & make by yourself as Mummy believed that those pre-mix sold in supermarkets, are usually very sweet. Hence, sharing her recipe below & hope everyone can give it a try too! ^_^

Recipe For Coffee Pudding (portion for 2 pudding cups)
Ingredients you need : 1 whole egg, 250ml fresh milk, 25gm caster or brown sugar, 1 tsp instant nescafe coffee, 5gm gelatin

Step 1 : Put the milk, sugar & gelatin into a saucepan and boil over a low heat, stirring the mixture constantly

Step 2: Whisk the egg in a mixing bowl, add the milk mixure into the beaten egg, continue to whisk the mixure till foamy and well mixed together

Step 3: Add the coffee powder into the mixure and mix well, pour the mixure into the pudding cups. Let it set in the fridge for about at least 3 hrs. Voila!!!

My 2nd movie | Terrible Experience

This is my 2nd movie, I went along with my Mummy & Godma Flo..
During the 1st 20 mins, I seated well & enjoying our popcorns. Soon after I felt tired and wanted to nap. After fussing a while on my sitting position, I was seated on Mummy's lap. Keep humming songs and looking at the people seated behind us instead watching movie.

The terrible part soon arrives.. I start whinning from softly to loudly. Mummy trying her best to distract me and calm me down. I was at the point distrubing the whole cinema with my loud whinning. A mother with her many children, seated behind us, started to comment that Mummy should bring me out, not to distrub everyone!

Mummy was very angry and upset by this remark. Isn't she is trying her best to calm me down? Cant this person understand her situation since she is also a mother even though agreed that I did behaved badly. Though I've calmed down for 5 mins, I started my whinning again. Mummy & Godma had no choice and has to bring me out of the cinema before the whole movie ends. Guess I dislike the dark cinema & the loud noises coming from the movie. Looks like I not ready for movie in cinema although many of my friends already been it for few times. Sigh... a terrible experience for us esp Mummy.

These are my favourite fruit, I love to use my lil fingers to grab the lil berries & pop into my mouth. If there is offer in NTUC supermarket, Daddy & Mummy will grab several boxes at one go for my Happy Snacking!

Oops, I'm caught on camera! Drinking my milk in comfort of my stroller after my class. I'm so hungry... pls do not distrub me!

Did not nap after my milk feed coz I'm still hungry!!!! Munching all the balance raisins & puffy stars that Mummy brought along, in the train!

Haa.. my mouth full of puffy stars! How you want me to smile & pose in front of camera? I'm indeed hungry, guess I miss out having my breakfast today as I woke up late. After we reached our station, I & Mummy went to food court at Sun Plaza & shared a bowl of fish soup mee hoon! Yummy! Drool!!

Happy Swimming Trip

Been a long time since my last swim...
Last Friday, I remembered the promise that Mummy made on Thurs..

The morn I awoke from my 'bloody accident', I pestered Mummy to bring me go swimming by bringing her my swim float & do swim swim action, to honour her promise made to me.

I do have a good memory remembering promises made to me, don't you agree?' Sharing some random happy pics of me enjoying my swim so much that I do not want to come out of the pool. Also, Mama's 1st time accompanying us to the swim. ^_^

Every morn, I will study closely how Mummy put on her skincare / makeup in their WIW.. Below video caught me using Mummy's empty bottle, imitating the way she applys her toner.

Hello Kitty Mini Tea Cakes

Wholesome Healthy TeaCakes Perfect for lil ones! Using wholemeal flour, reduced sugar, fresh milk, dried cranberries ~ Superfood!!!

I'm asleep shortly after the 'bloody' incident, Mummy was so upset and couldn't sleep & keep staying a close watch over me in fear I may cry out due to nightmare or pain. She tried to distract her worrying mind by baking some mini tea cakes for our breakfast today! These are pretty simple to do & took her about 35 mins (including preparation, mixing, baking & washing up the dishes). The batter portion mix is sufficient for 6 mini tea cakes ONLY... next time she will try to make more for my friends to try out.

Using new & modify recipe from a cook book, the tea cakes again is a SUCCESS!!! It is slightly buttery, with Loads of Sweet Cranberries & the pretty Kitty pics imprinted on the cakes.
