Our Pretty Hello Kitty Agar Agar Jelly

Perfect for snacking on a lazy rainy day ..

Recipe for making the Mango Agar Agar
Ingredients : 1 pkt redman agar agar powder, 500ml water, 300ml fresh milk, abt 300ml of fresh mango puree, 100gm brown sugar
(Portion mix is sufficient for making of 1 BIG Pooh face, 2 small Pooh pudding cups, 2 small Kitty pudding cups)

1) Pour the water, fresh milk into a saucepan, over low heat
2) Add sugar and agar agar powder, stirring it slowly and bring it to boil
3) Add in the fresh mango puree & mix well in the mixture
4) Pour the mixture into the moulds, to allow it cool.
Put these to set in the fridge for 2 hrs.

Ready to be served ~ Bon appetite!
It is very yummy & I love to eat the jelly!

** Actually, Mummy wants to do the mango pudding but unables to find geletin from few supermarkets. Next time, she will try making pudding instead.
