A Day of Remembrance for my Beloved Great Grandma

[this is going to be a sad post today]

on 1st May 2008 today....
we woke up early and reach SGH to visit my beloved great grandma at 8.30am.

We been looking forward to her discharge on last Mon/Tues but her condition has suddenly worsened on last mon night. She has been in coma since Mon night and has diffculty in breathing. During the past 3 days, she has been on the life saving support device. All her immediate family members & relatives are gathered around her bedside today, to pay her last visit & hope there is miracle to happen.

However, she finally passed away peacefully around 1pm. With an heavy heart, we know that we are going to miss her badly but at the last time we glad her pain & agony are finally over. Though I've known my great grandma for 17th month.. I'm glad that she has seen me through from an newborn baby to a walking toddler.

* My great grandpa passed away in Nov 2006, just about 2 weeks before my arrival. I'm sad that I never get the chance to meet him. My parents will tell me more of them the next time when I am older.
