My 2nd Happy ZOO Outing!!!

Today, I had a FUN outing....
Mummy brought me to ZOO together with Godma Flo, Godma San & lil Jerral!

We took bus no 138 from the interchange to reach ZOO!!
it is about 25-30 min bus ride.


This is my 2nd visit to ZOO, I'm more aware of the animals and surroundings. Since I'm quite familiar with the few animals that I been seeing on my flashcards and videos. I keep telling Mummy & Godma(s) that I want to see MONKEY, TIGER, GIRAFFE, LION, TEDDY BEAR (aka Polar Bears), HORSE, SHEEP!!!

The adults have to study the map & ensure to bring me to see the animals that I WANT TO SEE!!! Besides, we also visited HIPPO, KANGEROO, OSTRICH, MINI PONIES, GOATS, OTTER, SNAKES, DEERS, RACOONS, ZEBRAS and guess that is all.

Today is indeed a hot and humid day for outing but we do enjoy the trip very much!

Actually, I was the one who keep insisting wanting to feed the kanga.
After paying $5 for the feeding session, I was thrilled to feed them. But once they start coming so near to me, I'm actually scared of them and refused to feed or touch them at all. In the end, Mummy and Godma Flo n lil Jerral are doing the feeding.

Happy Valentine Day! (belated post)

In regards to our belated post ...
coz our PC broke down yesterday & Daddy is still in the midst of 'saving' it.
likes to apologise for lack of posting from tomor onwards maybe..
till our PC fully recover then.

My Happy Valentine Bento (Lunch set) ~#6
consists of transportation pasta, seafood tofu, steam fish with tomato & parmesan cheese in pooh furikake bottle

Yesterday noon, I had a trial class at JG for Edu-Drama (English) which is an 1 hr session (parent accompanied). Mummy specially prepared above bento for my lunch. During the class, I did enjoy myself too and it is indeed slightly different from my Bilingual class. Anyway, my parents found this class is much better as hoping I can learn more from older friends, to learn to express myself better & confident in front of others.

So after my class, Mummy has a long discussion with the front desk to change my current class to EduDrama starting from next wk onwards. On top of that, Daddy also agreed to sign me up for additional Chinese EduDrama class for next 4 lessons to see how I fare. Coz my current spoken vocab in Mandarin is quite limited.. so they hope I can brush up on my spoken Chinese as well as understanding.

So my class schedule for next SAT onwards will be changed to :
EduDrama (English) : 3pm - 4pm
EduDrama (Chinese) : 4pm - 5pm


Hope the timing will not clash with my napping time in the pm.
Mummy has put me on the waiting list for morn session for next term onwards. Hope there is a vacancy for me.

The main reason for prompting my parents to change my current class as they found that I too used to the routine of the lesson since I've been with the Playclub for 2.5 term. They strongly feel it is time for me to move up to Drama class & mixing with older kids.

Besides, the Bilingual class also has a change of teaching format this term, resulting in a bigger class with 17-18 students. There are few factors which my parents do not like., mainly is the noise pollution. Oops coz everytime during the class since day 1, there are 4 - 5 same kids who keep taking turn to cry and howl loudly. The crying usually last 1.5 hr out of 2hr lesson. This is very hard for the rest of the kiddos who are trying hard to focus and listen to what teacher are teaching.

We feel that if the kid persist in crying more than 15 min, the teacher should ask the parent nicely to bring the child out to settle him instead of disturbing the whole class. But everytime the teacher(s) did not do so. We feel somehow the teachers are too 'soft' & not as firm as teacher Pix & their teaching standard sort of 'dropped'.

P/S: My parents had also withdrawn me from my daily playgroup, TalentPlus since Feb onwards. The main reason is that I keep getting sick nearly every end of each wk. Guess my immunse system is not as strong as I look physically. Each time, my parent(s) ask me which school I prefer, I would say out aloud witout thinking, "Örchard school"!!! So that comes to their final decision to withdraw me from school.

Bento # 4 ~ Daddy's Breakfast Bento
Consists of Omelette stuffed with Fried Rice & a Chicken Drumlet from last night's dinner. Mummy also using her new tool, one of the sauce pens to write "Je Táime" esp for Daddy! But it is not easy to use the pen as the sauce keep refusing to come out. Arrrrrr!!!

Bento #3 ~ Pooh Bear Theme

My Pooh Bear theme Bento ..
that Mummy dearest has prepared for my lunch today!!!
Bento consists of Pooh bear shaped pasta, quail eggs, lemon chicken sauted with tomato & a Pooh bear container with powder cheese.

Daddy has photo shooting session this noon..
So Mummy brought me out to SSC to shop for fruits at Giant Supermart as well shopping at Daiso. I LOVE today bento esp seeing the cute Pooh lunchbox that Aunty Lynn has helped Mummy to buy. I did finished up all the food .. even a small mandarin orange that we bought from Giant's.

Bento #2

Good Morning !!!

Below is a bento prepared by Mummy, for dearest Daddy to bring it to work for his breakfast. Since we've leftover rice from last night dinner, Mummy decided to cook fried rice using olive oil, assorted veggie & crabsticks plus a egg to whip up a yummy meal. It took her about 15 min to whip up this dish.

Hope Daddy is enjoying his yummy breakfast later! ^_^
His Bento today consists of Fried Rice, 2 beancurd skin chicken & a tube of Yoghurt ~ a balance meal to start off his day!

My Bento of the Day for Lunch!
Consists of farm animal pastas, blanched brocoli, star fish-cake, beancurd chicken bite! 1st time using my new pinky Hello Kitty pretty lunchbox that Mummy got for me last time.

Though it looks simple but it took Mummy about 40mins preparation to prepare mine & Daddys bento at the same time. If she prepares the pasta the night before & this can lessen the preparation time. Hee

Afterwards, Mummy went back home to do housechores while Mama went to fetch me home after my school. Hope tomor I will behave better during school.
