Updates on our Mini Gardenia
Some updates on our mini gardenia..
Mama brought us a medium sized foam box, to add the height for our pots. Our chili seedlings still seem so fragil, now left only 2 seedling growing. Hope they can stay strong. Hey, another good news is that one more Pink flower is blooming.. think another one is going to bloom again tomor. Moreover, seedlings start to sprout from the tomato seeds that Mummy has sowed into a pot. Can't wait to see them grow faster and stronger. ^_^

Blooming Pink Flower !!

This morning, we've a lovely surprise awaits for us when we went outside our house to water our new plants. One of the plants starts flowering, a Blooming Flower in sight ... we are so happy to see the pretty lil one. Hope to see more of the flowers coming soon. ^_^
Mummy taught me to say "Hello" to greet the Plants" each morn when we water them. I must learn to cultivate T.L.C (Tender, Loving, Care) during the process of learning to look after our plants. I even help my mummy to sprinkle the water over their pretty leaves... we are also hoping our chili seedlings will learn to grow stronger and bigger each day as they seem very fragil and tiny.
After our gardening activity, we went to Mama's place for her to bbsit me while Mummy rushing off to meet Godma Flo at Suntec to run some errands. This is their lunch @ Waruka, Marina Square. Mummy loves their yummy ramens and soup & sushi. Below pics are what they've ordered for their lunch. * Slurp Slurp *

Our Gardening Project!
Today, we've an mission completed ... our Gardening Project!
Inspired by our neighbors who are growing seedlings like cai xin, lady fingers... I often gawk in awe whenever the friendly aunty doing the gardening.
Many thanks to Godma Flo who came by, passed us some of her beloved seedlings/plants for us to kick off our gardening project. Mummy also prepared some lunch special for us.
* Lunch Special - Swedish Pork Ball*
Preparation :
Marinate minced pork with sesame oil, cornflour, some dk soya sauce + some finely chopped garlic & onions, keep aside for at least ten min
Preparation (2) :
Scoop some meat and roll into small balls, roll over a plate of mixed flour (cornflour & plain flour) before pan frying these.
Cooking :
Heat the pan by adding butter, add the meat balls and pan fry slowly over a medium to low fire, to ensure meat fully cooked. Served it hot with some shedded cheese on top.
Godma Flo & Mummy's lunch
(They are having the same dishes as me but with an added special sauce over their rice)
* Mummy also made some chinese desert with Dried Beancurd Skin & receipe can be found here.
Posing happily with Mummy while she having her lunch!
