Turns 19th month old
I will be considered big kid when I reach my 2nd birthday in just 5 months time, from '1' & hit the BIG '2'. That is quite an achievement for me.
Yesterday, mummy took me to visit Godma San & lil Jerral. After a while, we went to T3 together after exchanging a faulty CD game disc at the Central. It was indeed a hot weather and we chilled under the cooling environment inside T3. Sharing below pics taken yesterday using our new camera.
P/S: I even missed my pm nap yesterday and only get to nap during the bus journey BUT I also lost my precious 'buddy' pooh toy during our outing. However, I'm not so sad as compared to my mummy as the toy is bought during their Japan holidays last year.

Wii by Nintendo
Daddy & Mummy are using computers in our study room..
Begins their 'silent' conversation as each too engrossed with their PC..
.. Daddy either editing photos OR surfing net playing games
.. Mummy surfing net OR checking mails OR updating blog
Once a while, Mummy will pause and ask
Mummy: "Dear, how is your day?
Daddy : "Fine" [full stop]
After a long pause...
Mummy asks again, "Is that all??"
[no reply from Daddy]
Mummy getting fed up and turn her head to see what Daddy is doing. He is of course playing games as usual.. This keep her thinking why do games turn him ON & ignore her pressence.
She decides to start a healthy hobby with Daddy from somewhere, so that they can interact better & spend better quality time instead of stoning into each pc. So she start asking Daddy about WII since this is more to family entertainment game. Mummy is not a game person as she hardly interested playing games. Daddy is very supportive of investing a WII game set as this also can allow lazy Mummy to do her exercise like yoga, aerobic at home.
So on 22nd June evening after our dinner, Daddy went off to buy the WII game set for Mummy to play with him. This is quite an amazing set and already got Mummy hooked to the games/exercises game. Haa.. so everynight after I sleep, they shall begin their NEW HOBBY together.
A pic of our new WII set - Horray!

22nd June '08 - our mini family gathering
... Finally a mini family gathering with all my godma(s), godpapa & Jerral @ our home. It has been a while since our last gathering & we are glad that everyone takes time off their busy schedule to make it. We had some yummy dishes from 'golden pillow', steamed chicken wings & almond jelly and jap tibits etc.
Daddy also help us to shoot some nice photos for us too.
Below are some nice & unedited photos for my godpapa, godma(s) & Jerral for their sneak preview 1st.
Look at my tee!!! I was so happy wearing my 1st customized name tee esp designed & made by Godma San. I was supposed to be her model showcasing her masterworks but I keep moving around, unable to stay still. Godma, wanna to consider changing your in house model? Boo Boo!!!
I was finally whisked off for my pm nap after this pose.
My three pretty godma(s) who look so happy and youthful just like fairygodmothers being told in the story tales.
Haa but their characters are so far from the Sex & the City. Their friendship has indeed come so far as they have known one another since their poly times.

Yesterday, I was left under Mama's care whole day while Mummy & Godma Flo went to Vivo City/ Keppel Bay Tower to collect our new digital camera, IXUS 90 IS. As mentioned before, our old digital camera is spoilt and not worth repairing as it will cost us est $180. The service person advised us to 'upgrade' our camera. After searching some new models, we finally set our eyes on IXUS 90 IS.
We paid $452 nett for this new camera by trading in our old spoilt camera. Besides, we also got free gifts like a 4GB memory card & a mini camera bag with accessories.

P/S: Daddy came to Shaw Center to meet Mummy after his work. Mummy treated Daddy to yummy Chongqing Spicy steamboat buffet ($18/person) at one coffeeshop just opp Shaw Center. It is their 1st attempt and indeed the soup very spicy and hot. Luckily, they went early coz the queue was getting very long after they finished their meal. This is how they spent their special day. ^_^

My 1st Movie, KungFu Panda
It is also our FAMILY DAY outing ..
coz today I do not have shichida class (the class is closed for term break & lesson will resume next week). Daddy has got us free tickets to watch KungFu Panda movie @ Vivo City, 10am show. Mummy wakey early to cook my yummy lunch & got my barang prepared & packed. We will be having a long outing for the entire day itself. So mummy woke me up at 8.10am and washed & dressed me up pretty. Off we went heading to our destination & enjoying my morn milk in the van. But we faced a heavy traffic jam along our way & luckily we still make it just on time for the show.
During the 1st 30 min of the show, I indeed behaved good & enjoying my snacks & drink. However, I started getting restless and start playing with popcorns and moved around. During the last 20 min, Daddy even had to carry me to the back of theatre. Mummy did enjoyed the movie thoroughly as it is very funny. Do catch it with your kids! It is my very 1st experience going to movie & watching the big screen though most of the time I did not watch it.
After movie, we went to Secret Recipe restaurant for lunch as my parents skipped their breakfast. They were indeed hungry. After our hearty lunch, I fell asleep while they shopped at Page bookstore & daddy got me 3 set of flashcards. Mummy has to work hard showing me those everyday and starting on Mon onwards. Hope it indeed useful and will improve my memory. We even bought a new wok (this time non-stick type) @ $99 from Tangs. Actually mummy got a new wok (stainless steel) @$69 from last Isetan Sales but she did not get the hang of it, ended up food keep sticking to the wok. So Daddy decided to get another new one with non-stick type for her uses.
Below are some snapshots that we managed to capture while shopping at Vivio.

After the pic taking, we headed to Bugis Junction for another round of shopping trip & coffee break. By then we reached home, it is already around 7pm. We were totally dead tired after a long day outing. When Mama & Gong-gong came over to visit us, I insisted going back with them. This is considered a rare moment as I often prefer to sleep in my own bed. Maybe it is a form of rewarding my parents some couple time after a long day outing.
P/S: Guess what?? My parents did enjoyed their couple time by watching midnight movie, "Incredible Hulk" @ Sun Plaza. Thumbs Up for the movie! 5 star ratings out of 5.. full of action pack and computer & touching story.

Happy Sun Afternoon (Konnichiwa)
Upon our return, daddy & mummy helped to clean up (vacumn/mopping & sterlising the toys/props) the house together while I look on. After the house chores, I was bathed and dressed in this nice jap costume. I've not been wearing this for a long time and this is a gift from my parents during their Tokyo holidays.
Guess that I must look Irresistible Cute that daddy has to whip out his camera to snap my Happy Moments again.

More Pretty Poses with Mummy Dearest!
Our Quick & Pretty poses that are captured by Daddy dearest just before mummy brought me out on her own, to attend my weekly shichida class @ Bishan.
Today, I'm dressed in my new pretty pinky floral Osh Kosh dress that mummy bought from BP recently. It is in sz 3T and can fit me just nice though this is meant for me to wear it end this year. But mummy afraids that I'll outgrow it, so better hurry and let me wear 1st. That is why she thinks that it is a better idea to buy my future dresses in sz 4T. My parents are thrilled to see my fast growing rate but the downside is that I tend to outgrown my pretty clothes pretty fast too. Haa.. I got to DECLARE that I do have a slender waist as till today I still can squeeze into my 6-12 mos shorts. Haa....
[Mummy prefer to choose dresses that are having below knee length i/o short dresses though I like showing off my 'sexy legs'.]
